3.1 OVERVIEW
This Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and payment adjustments are handled for services booked or paid through VCO Job.
3.2 CANCELLATIONS
- Users may cancel bookings within the permitted cancellation window displayed in the App.
- Where appropriate, Users should communicate cancellation or changes to the relevant Service Provider.
- Once a service has commenced or a Service Provider has arrived, cancellation and refund eligibility may be restricted according to the applicable service terms.
- VCO Job may cancel a booking because of unavailability, unsafe conditions, technical issues, or other legitimate circumstances.
3.3 REFUND ELIGIBILITY
- A refund may be considered where VCO Job cancels a transaction because of a documented Platform technical error or system malfunction.
- Duplicate or erroneous payments caused by a verified Platform/payment-processing error may be reviewed for correction or refund.
- Where a refund is required under the applicable service terms or law, VCO Job will initiate the applicable refund through the original payment method or another permitted method.
- VCO Job's role in refunds for independently provided services is limited to the applicable Platform transaction and refund process; service-provider disputes may be subject to separate service terms.
3.4 NON-REFUNDABLE OR LIMITED-REFUND CASES
- User cancellation after the applicable cancellation period.
- Service commencement where the applicable terms make the charge non-refundable.
- Incorrect information or address supplied by the User.
- Loss caused by User negligence, misuse, or third-party interference, subject to applicable law.
- Any non-refundable fee clearly disclosed before payment.
3.5 REFUND PROCESS
Refund requests may be submitted through the App or by email at info@vcojob.com. Approved refunds will generally be initiated within 5–7 business days, subject to payment-gateway and banking processing times.
