1. TERMS OF SERVICE
1.1 INTRODUCTION & ACCEPTANCE
Welcome to VCO Job (“Platform”, “App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by VDurga Industries Private Limited.
These Terms govern access to and use of VCO Job mobile applications, websites, digital interfaces, and related features and services. By downloading, registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
These Terms apply across the VCO Job ecosystem, including:
- User App – VCOnetwork Service App
- Restaurant / Vendors App – VCO Ventures App
- Professionals App – VCOnFirm Working App
- Delivery Personnel App – VCOnFirm Service App
If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.
1.2 DEFINITIONS
- “User” means a customer engaging services through the VCO Job Platform.
- “VCO Job” means the platform operated by VDurga Industries Private Limited.
- “Service Providers” means eligible vendors, professionals, skill traders, delivery personnel, riders, workers, franchisees, freelancers, partners, or associates enrolled on the Platform.
- “Platform” means the VCO Job applications, websites, software, systems, interfaces, and related services.
1.3 USER ELIGIBILITY
- Users should generally be 18 years or older to register and use VCO Job. Where a service is legally permitted for a minor with verified parental/guardian involvement, the applicable guardian remains responsible for the account and use.
- You confirm that you are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement, that information provided is accurate and complete, and that you will use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
1.4 SCOPE OF SERVICES
VCO Job is a digital platform through which users can discover, request, book, and manage the day-to-day services made available on the Platform. Depending on the service category, an enrolled Service Provider may visit the User or otherwise provide the requested service.
VCO Job acts as a technology platform connecting Users and Service Providers. Except where expressly stated in a separate written agreement, VCO Job does not directly employ or control independent Service Providers and does not guarantee their performance, punctuality, verification status, pricing, availability, or service outcomes.
VCO Job may modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue services or features for operational, technical, legal, safety, or business reasons.
1.5 SERVICE PROVIDERS & ONSITE SERVICE POLICY
VCO Job facilitates connections between Users and enrolled Service Providers. The contractual relationship for the underlying service is between the User and the engaged Service Provider, subject to any applicable Platform terms.
- Booking / visit charges may vary by service and will be displayed or communicated through the Platform. Applicable non-refundable fees, if any, will be disclosed before payment.
- Where physical attendance is required, the User or authorized representative should be available at the service location.
- Service Providers may refuse, suspend, or terminate a service where there are genuine safety, accessibility, or legal concerns.
- Where permitted and necessary, Service Providers may capture before-and-after photographs of the service location or completed work for legitimate verification, warranty, insurance, dispute, or record-keeping purposes.
- Service Providers are responsible for materials or components they independently supply, subject to the applicable service terms.
- Service Providers must act professionally, follow applicable safety requirements, avoid abusive or intoxicated conduct while on duty, and comply with applicable law.
- Service Providers must protect customer information and confidential Platform information.
- Independent Service Providers are responsible for maintaining licences, permits, qualifications, and insurance required for their services.
1.6 PAYMENTS, FEES & REFUND TERMS
- Applicable service charges, booking fees, convenience fees, and other charges will be displayed through the Platform.
- Where applicable, Users and Service Providers must confirm the applicable charges before a booking or engagement is confirmed.
- Payments may be made through UPI, cards, wallets, net banking, or other supported payment methods and may be processed through third-party payment gateways.
- VCO Job may collect applicable platform, booking, convenience, commission, or processing fees disclosed through the Platform.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Where final service charges are agreed directly between a User and Service Provider, the applicable payment may still be required to be processed through the VCO Job Platform where the Platform requires this.
- Eligible Service Provider earnings may be settled after applicable fees, commissions, taxes, payment charges, verification, and settlement processing.
1.7 USER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
- Remain available, or arrange an authorized representative, where the service requires customer presence.
- Provide a safe, accessible, and reasonably suitable service environment.
- Make applicable payments and comply with confirmed booking terms.
- Do not misuse the Platform or engage in unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unsafe activity.
- Maintain account credentials securely and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
1.8 PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
- Creating fake or duplicate accounts.
- Interfering with Platform functionality through automation, scraping, hacking, or unauthorized access.
- Posting or transmitting illegal, threatening, defamatory, or abusive content.
- Misusing discounts, offers, referrals, or promotional programmes.
- Conducting unauthorized transactions or falsely claiming association, employment, partnership, or authorization by VCO Job.
- Reverse-engineering, copying, reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise exploiting Platform features or intellectual property without authorization.
1.9 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, interfaces, text, graphics, logos, icons, software, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed through VCO Job are owned by or licensed to VCO Job. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for its intended lawful purposes.
1.10 DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
VCO Job provides the Platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, VCO Job is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or third-party losses arising from independent services or events beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
1.11 DISPUTE RESOLUTION & JURISDICTION
Users and Service Providers should first use the applicable support and grievance mechanisms for Platform-related complaints. Disputes concerning the underlying service may primarily concern the User and the independent Service Provider. Disputes involving VCO Job, its Platform, payments, accounts, or technology are governed by applicable law and subject to the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, unless otherwise required by law.
